STEP1.
First of all, you contact us by e-mail or telephone or CONTACT FORM of this website.
You will communicate with an immigration lawyer several times.
We will propose a solution to your concerns.

STEP2.
If you want our support to create and submit an application to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan(ISA), we will make a formal contract. When you make a contract, you will be required to pay half of the fee.

STEP3.
After the formal contract is signed, we will start business.
We promise the utmost support to obtain the best results for you.
We will prepare your application form, a statement of reason, etc.
We will inform you of the documents to be collected by the customer.
When all the documents are ready, we will keep your passport and residence card and go to ISA instead of you.
While we keep your passport and residence card, you will be given a copy with the immigration lawyer's job stamp.
Basically, you do not need to go to the ISA.
But, if there is an order to appear in person from the ISA, we will accompany you.

STEP4.
If you have successfully obtained or renewed your visa (status of residence), the result will be notified to our office. Please pay the other half of the fee.
We will return your passport and residence card.
If your visa is not permitted, we will accompany you to the ISA to ask the reason for the disapproval. You will be asked to decide whether we reapply or we return half of the fee you have already paid.
If you try to reapply, we will support free of charge.
However, if the reason for the disapproval is on the customer side, we will not reapply.
